Unwanted Pup Trapped in High Kill Shelter, Spends His Days in Agony

Life at the Carson Animal Shelter in Gardena, California, is not the place one would pin their hopes and dreams on to say, and write the least. The acrid smell of foul, neglected, unwashed dogs and cats fill the air, the same way their cries do. Carson is a place where hope is replaced by despair, as the animals locked inside their kennels, await an uncertain, very glib fate.

That because at Carson, if the animals trapped inside don’t find forever families after just a few weeks, and sometimes even days when the shelter is at “high capacity,” the unthinkable will commence: euthanasia.

For a dog named Bruno, he would tell you all about the politics of Carson, if he could talk. He could also tell you about the stunning betrayal of his former owner, who no longer wanted to care for him anymore, giving no particular reasons.

And so as you would expect, Bruno, the innocent, kind and loving pit bull pup who wanted nothing more than a loving family and a home to call his home, has all but giving up after being passed up for adoption repeatedly.

Thankfully, Bruno has you. Fidonation, if you or someone you know is interested in giving this precious pup the forever family he rightfully deserves, please contact the Carson Animal Shelter at 310.523.9566, and reference the shelter ID #A5027730.

Additionally, please share this story of Bruno on Facebook or Twitter so we are closer to finding this precious pup the forever family he rightfully deserves. We have done it before, and can certainly do it again.
