I really have a soft spot for Pugsly. He's a little guy - too thin at 42 lbs - with a scuffed-up coat (dermatitis) and adorably silly ears. Despite being too thin I can’t help but think Pugsly took that treat out of politeness versus hunger. One as sweet as he appreciates every gesture, feels entitled to nothing, and welcomes any trace of affection. SADLY, NOBODY SAW THE BEAUTY WITHIN HIS HEART AND HE WAS NOT RESERVED. PUGLSY WILL BE KILLED ANY MINUTE AT NYCACC MANHATTAN, NY
Volunteer writes "Pugsly stops to marvel at a group of boys caught up in a game of ball. “Woof!!!” he bursts, wanting to join in on the fun, causing one boy to stop right in his tracks, but no one minds and everyone laughs. Pugsly himself should be among those boys playing ball, right in the game, enjoying life, and of course only the finest treats."
