Unwanted, Neglected, And Tossed Away Like Garbage At High Kill Shelter

Unwanted, neglected, used (likely for breeding) and apparently tossed away like garbage. A dog dubbed “Bessie” has obviously led a hard life and now, she is alone and in pain behind the bars of a kennel run at the Carson Animal Services facility in Gardena, California.

Who would want to save Bessie’s life? She is the picture of sadness…the image of neglect. Her body shows signs of being bred time and again and her eyes so hopelessness and despair. On January 25, the volunteer-run Facebook page, Saving Carson Shelter Dogs, wrote:

Sweet BESSIE has had a very hard life and showed up with a leg injury and looking terrible. She is RESCUE ONLY and very uncomfortable and she needs help NOW! Please SHARE for her life, she is VERY special and a FOSTER and RESCUE would save her.

It seems that nobody has ever truly cared for this dog – right now, she is relying on the kindness of strangers to save her life.

Additionally, please share this story of BESSIE on Facebook or Twitter, so we are closer to finding her the forever family he rightfully deserves. We have done it before and can certainly do it again.

If you or someone you know is interested in giving this adorable pup the forever home she rightfully deserves, PLEASE forward to them. Thank you <3 br="">
