Suspect Beat and Dumped in Kill Shelter by Cruel Owner, Buster is So Scared and Afraid To Even Look Up

Lab mix__male Owner dumped with no reason given. HE IS PETRIFIED, please save his life!! Doing the belly crawl, begging for his life.
But we very strongly suspect that the owner has hit this dog a lot, especially around his face, he flinches and is so timid .This sweet dog has been mistreated and he is so gentle and kind.
He REALLY deserves to know what Love is!! This very tender soul is devastated.
"Buster" is so timid,,, so scared,, that he is afraid to even look up..They have CARRY him out of his kennel to get pictures!!
